Vacancies on the Woodland Springs, Inc Board of Directors
Woodland Springs Board of Directors currently has two (2) vacancies due to the resignations of Carl Sampson and Natalie Mabbitt. Their terms of office expire in February, 2020. The term of office for these vacancies will begin in June, 2019. If the board member so desires she/he may run for election to a three (3) year term in February, 2020. Per the Amended and Restated Code of By-Laws of Woodland Springs, Inc Article 3 Section 3.3, Vacancies, the Board of Directors may appoint homeowners to fill these vacancies.
