April 1: Annual Assessment coupons will arrive in your mailbox. If you have not received your coupons by April 10, please contact Kirkpatrick Property Management
You should have received your Annual Dues payment coupons by now. Due to last minute issues with KMC’s coupon vendor, they were not able to separate the two payment amounts of $540 and $360 as voted on at the Annual Meeting. They sent out two coupons for $450 each.
If you are able to pay the $900 or $540 by May 1, that would be appreciated. If not, we will honor the two equal payments of $450 as stated on the coupons.
Annual assessment DUE DAte:
The Annual assessment of $900.00 can be paid annually or semiannually. Semi-Annual Due dates are May 1 ($540.00) and November 1 ($360.00). See note above.
Late fees will be applied in accordance with Woodland Springs, Inc Covenants for annual, semi-annual or other payments scheduled.
To avoid late fees, payments should be received at the KMC office within 30 days of the due date

Payment Options
Payment instructions will be sent to all homeowners by Kirkpatrick Management along with the assessment coupons before May 1. Both annual and semi annual coupons are included in the mailing. No additional payment notices will be sent to those who wish to pay semi-annually.
PAY BY PERSONAL CHECK There is the old fashioned way of writing a check, enclosing the coupon and putting it in the envelopes provided and mailing it. Obviously, this requires some preplanning in order to get the payment there on time, but it works beautifully!
PAY BY ONLINE BILL PAY Payments can be made through your own bank by setting it up on Bill-Pay or E-Check. Payments should be mailed to:
