NOTICE: The Annual Assessment for 2024-25 will be $900.00

The Lake Assessment to Woodlands South home owners on the lake is $3,600 for 2024-25 ($300 per property)

April 1: Annual Assessment coupons will arrive in your mailbox. If you have not received your coupons by April 10, please contact Kirkpatrick Property Management

You should have received your Annual Dues payment coupons by now. Due to last minute issues with KMC’s coupon vendor, they were not able to separate the two payment amounts of $540 and $360 as voted on at the Annual Meeting. They sent out two coupons for $450 each.

If you are able to pay the $900 or $540 by May 1, that would be appreciated. If not, we will honor the two equal payments of $450 as stated on the coupons.

Page Family Fireworks

A NOTE FROM THE PAGE FAMILY

Hello, Neighbors!

It is that time of the year again!  We know how many of you plan your parties around our annual Fireworks Show, so, here are the details for this year.

  • We are planning to shoot our Fireworks on Saturday, July 6th.

  • Sunset is predicted for 9:15 pm.

  • We usually start shooting between 9:30pm-9:45pm, once it gets dark enough.

  • The hill west of the Woodland Springs Clubhouse is a common gathering place to watch our fireworks if you want a sense of community and togetherness.

*IMPORTANT NOTE: the Woodland Springs (north) big island will be off limits from Wednesday, July 3rd until Tuesday, July 9th.  It simply isn’t going to be safe during that time and we want everyone to enjoy the weekend while staying free from danger.

Thank you, everyone, for your help with this. And thank you for being great neighbors and friends.

*Please remember, if you will be on the lake during the Show, we implore you to stay south of our property starting at 9pm (address below).  Most of you know how large our Fireworks are and we have had to delay our Show for the last several years due to boats, canoes, swimmers, etc., that were too close to our firing area. We simply want everyone to be out of harm's way. Safety first.

We are delighted to bring you another fun evening and hope you are excited, too! Let's hope for clear skies!

God Bless America!!!!

June Book Club

Join the WS Book Club when we meet June 11 at 7PM at Wolfies to discuss The Collected Regrets of Clover.

Please RSVP by JUNE 6 to Gerrie via DM so we can be sure to have enough seating "What’s the point of giving someone a beautiful death if you can’t give yourself a beautiful life?

From the day she watched her kindergarten teacher drop dead during a dramatic telling of Peter Rabbit, Clover Brooks has felt a stronger connection with the dying than she has with the living. After the beloved grandfather who raised her dies alone while she is traveling, Clover becomes a death doula in New York City, dedicating her life to ushering people peacefully through their end-of-life process. Clover spends so much time with the dying that she has no life of her own, until the final wishes of a feisty old woman send Clover on a trip across the country to uncover a forgotten love story––and perhaps, her own happy ending. As she finds herself struggling to navigate the uncharted roads of romance and friendship, Clover is forced to examine what she really wants, and whether she’ll have the courage to go after it. Probing, clever, and hopeful, The Collected Regrets of Clover is perfect for readers of The Midnight Library and Eleanor Oliphant is Completely Fine as it turns the normally taboo subject of death into a reason to celebrate life." May Dues Payment Due
