2025 Woodland Springs Egg Hunt

Please register for this year's Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 12, 2025 starting at 10:00 AM

  • Saturday, April 19, starting at 10:00 AM

  • Bring a basket to collect eggs

  • Parents and grandparents, please bring your own coffee as we will provide doughnuts to enjoy together.

  • Please RSVP by Wednesday, April 16 to Cathy Johnson with number and ages of children participating.

NOTICE: The Annual Assessment for 2024-25 will be $900.00

The Lake Assessment to Woodlands South home owners on the lake is $3,600 for 2024-25 ($300 per property)

April 1: Annual Assessment coupons will arrive in your mailbox. If you have not received your coupons by April 10, please contact Kirkpatrick Property Management

You should have received your Annual Dues payment coupons by now. Due to last minute issues with KMC’s coupon vendor, they were not able to separate the two payment amounts of $540 and $360 as voted on at the Annual Meeting. They sent out two coupons for $450 each.

If you are able to pay the $900 or $540 by May 1, that would be appreciated. If not, we will honor the two equal payments of $450 as stated on the coupons.
