II. Prior Meeting Minutes Approval: Typically approved at the regular board meeting.

III. Financial Statements Review

a. Summary of key aspects of WSI Financials

i.       Review each account on the balance sheet and income statement (operating and reserve)

ii.        Note any anomalies.

IV. Pool Loan

  i.       Provide updated loan numbers.

ii.        Review 10-year TCM.

V. Bank Accounts

i.       Review of transactions and interest rates

VI. Adjournment

Homeowners are welcome to attend the Committee meetings.

Meeting Rules: No audio or video recording allowed by homeowners or attendees. However, the chair  may record the meeting to aid in the preparation of minutes. The recording will be deleted once the minutes have been prepared. Homeowners may observe the meeting but do not have the right to participate in the committee’s deliberations or votes. Homeowners may address issues during the open forum portion of the meeting. If homeowners, attendees or board member(s) become disruptive they will be asked to leave the meeting.
