New KMC CSR: Ramsey Proctor

Greetings Woodland Springs Homeowners,

My name is Ramsey Proctor, and I would like to introduce myself as your new dedicated Customer Service Representative. My goal is to provide you and your Community Association Manager (CAM), Jeff Sickle, with the support and resources needed to deliver excellent customer service.
