We want to thank Spencer Grove and Jeff Hasting for their outstanding service and leadership as their board terms have expired.

Chip Wright was elected to his first 3-year term on the Board of Directors. Chip had previously filled an appointed position to the board.

The proposed 2026-27 Annual Budget did pass. The new Annual Assessment will be $1,020.00 effective May 1, 2026. As usual, the assessment may be paid in two installments (May and November). Per the Woodland Springs Delinquency Policy Resolution, an 8% late fee will be added to a delinquent owner’s account.
