There are a few boats and water vehicles that are not registered with Woodland Springs and are full of water, creating a mosquito breeding haven. Others are pretty new, but also unregistered. All will soon be securely located in north end of boat storage area by clubhouse where we will hold an auction at 11 am on Saturday, July 17.

New owners are expected to pay at time of sale and to register their boats within the week with Kirkpatrick Management Company. There is no fee to register the boat.
