At this Annual Meeting, members will:
- (1) vote on a proposed increase in the annual association assessment;
- (2) elect directors to replace those whose terms are expiring; and
- (3) conduct other business that may come before the meeting. This will also be an opportunity to meet members of the board, get an update on what has happened over the past year, and provide the board with comments and suggestions.
Please plan to attend. To make sure that your vote is counted at the meeting, respond to the proxy solicitation you will receive by mail in early February.
