Please use the request form to submit your reservation request. Reservations are on a first come, first served basis and occupancy is based on the current COVID-19 regulations.
The clubhouse is available for rent only by Woodland Springs owners in good standing.
The cost is $150 per day (plus a $175 damage deposit which is refunded if no damage occurs). Maximum capacity: 120 guests = Adults & children
If you are interested in renting, the clubhouse, please check the Clubhouse Calendar for available dates. FIRST, fill out the ONLINE RESERVATION FORM. After the Rental Coordinator confirms the availability of the date(s) requested, submit the Clubhouse Rental Agreement by mail or hand deliver the form, along with the necessary fee checks, to the Clubhouse Rental Coordinator to confirm the date(s) and times you are wishing to rent the clubhouse. Be sure to legally sign the Rental Agreement, include with your agreement the required Rental Fee of $150.00 and the Damage Deposit Fee of $175.00. Kindly do not use scotch or masking tape, nails, tacks or screws to hang party decorations from the walls or ceilings. Blue or green painters tape or Command strips are the only products allowed.
